In 2022, the earth is overcrowded and completely polluted. The earth is exhausted and the entire population is fed plankton from the oceans.

For Detective Thorn, a murder starts a search that brings quite a lot to light. The future visions in this very famous and incredible cult film from 1972 are gruesome, melancholy and sometimes surprisingly accurate. A film you won’t easily forget.
