De la Comédie-Française is a delightfully chaotic comedy in the style of Dix pour cent, about life behind the scenes at the oldest still-performing theater company in the world. All the actors in the film are members of this renowned institution.
At the Comédie-Française, there is one golden rule: the show always goes on. Unfortunately, for Nina, nothing else seems to be going on, and that just three hours before the premiere of her directorial debut. Lady Macbeth is stuck on the train, equipment breaks down, egos clash, tensions run high, and panic sets in. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking, and Nina has to save the day. Will she succeed before the curtain rises?
